What is the Preston Hollow East Homeowners Association (PHEHA)?
The PHEHA consists of all single family homes located within the street boundaries from North Dallas Tollway to Hillcrest, Joyce Way to Del Norte.
The purpose of the PHEHA is to promote Safety and Community in the neighborhood.
